First and foremost the staff is great! Very kind, very helpful. They made the difference. The room was nice and spacious, good shower, quiet, great beds. Location is also great, quiet neighborhood, easy to reach by car. There's a parking garage to use, for only 15 euros a day. Metro is around the corner. At the entrance is a brasserie with great sandwiches and coffee. At the corner is also a supermarket. We didn't use the hotels breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Very nice, clean, comfortable appartement with also a modern design. Enough towels and beds are also very comfortable. Parking lot next to the building for €20,- per day. Make a reservation up front and enter the hotel to receive the remote control to open the door of the parking lot. Metro station access the street and in 24 min we were at “Le Marais”. Supermarket across the street and when you go left and then right from the hotel you will find a nice small park and a lovely bakery with good coffee and juice. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Manager was really helpful and nice. We had a spacious room with a clean bathroom and a kitchenette. Beds(including the sofabed) were large and comfy. You can have a peaceful sleep after a long city walk. Safe area with two supermarkets nearby. 3 minutes walk to metro.(M13 20-30 minutes away from every attractions) Congrats to the management. We will definitely stay again.

It’s located just a 3 minute walk from metro station. Staff is really helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast buffet for the price. Room was squeaky clean and comfortable.

Close the the metro to get into central Paris or Stade de France. Breakfast available if needed plus 2 supermarkets next to the apart hotel. Secure underground Parking available with enough space. Long balcony with a view of the sacred coeur in the distance. Great staff from check in to check out. Room large enough for double bed and travel cot. Loads of closet space throughout the apartment.

A lot of space in the room, enough sockets for devices charging, all needed appliances and a mini-kitchen. Nice welcome card which was hand-written - quite touching. The bathroom is clean and has enough space (it has a tub not a shower!) Convenient underground parking at 20 Euro/night. The breakfast was also nearly perfect. Neighborhood was not very much investigated as it was a weekend trip, can say it is a pretty quiet location in the evening and during the night even with windows open. Subway station is in 3 minutes walk distance, good connection to the center (less than 30 minutes to get to the Louvre). There is lovely grocery shop just in the building and super-nice French restaurant in 10 minutes walk (need to to book a table, as it is small but it 100% worth to visit), some bars and street-food as well.

The room was clean and well equipped with everything you could need, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner was a huge bonus in the summer heat. The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from the metro and has supermarkets and other amenities close by. But what made our stay even better was the wonderful service, particularly from Iliona on reception desk, who made us feel so welcome, and was extremely friendly and helpful. Merci et à bientôt

The space of the apartment is spacious for the adults, and the location is so near to the Metro and the green system of having the water filter in the breakfast hall is amazing. The staff is super friendly and lovely, especially Jacko( he surprised me with an upgraded room ) & a welcome note with some sweats.
